Graduate Java Developer FDM Group

Job description

FDM is currently seeking a number of high calibre graduates with the drive to work in software development, to join their award-winning graduate programme as Java Developers.

Successful candidates will receive intense technical training (approximately 16 weeks) in Java EE and related technologies and will be employed by FDM as Java Developers. They will represent FDM on client sites as IT Consultants, supporting the company’s clients for a minimum of two years.

Fast-track career progression is key and this programme will put candidates on a path, which could lead into Senior Development, Systems Design or Technical Team Leader roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong determination to build a successful career in IT development
• Keen to learn and develop new skills
• Able to commit for the full 2 year programme and be geographically flexible
