Graduate Software Test Analyst FDM Group

Job description

FDM is currently seeking a number of high calibre graduates (or individuals with equivalent experience) with the drive to work in software testing, to join their award-winning graduate programme as Test Analysts.

Successful candidates will receive intense technical training (approximately 10 weeks) in test tools, technologies, methods and the software development lifecycle. They will then be employed by FDM as Test Analysts, responsible for representing the organisation on client sites as IT Consultants and supporting clients for a minimum of two years.

Fast-track career progression is key and this programme will put candidates on a path, which could lead into Senior Tester, Test Team Leader, Quality Assurance Consultant and Business Analyst roles.

Person requirements

Suitable applicants will usually possess an IT or numerical science degree, or equivalent experience, have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the potential to build successful careers in IT testing.
