Hydrogen Group is looking to expand across its global offices including the soon to be opened Houston and Norway offices for both trainee and experienced consultants.

Our 9 specialist practices are growing at an incredible rate which allows us to offer a huge amount of opportunity for bright and enthusiastic graduates like you. Working with high level candidates and clients in each industry allows you, this practice area is looking for Trainee Consultants to come on board and help to develop it further.

A typical day will include networking, sourcing and screening high quality candidates, liaising with clients, face to face and on the telephone as well as selling our services to candidates and clients to win new business.

The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas;

• Working to and exceeding targets
• Cold calling experience
• Building and developing relationships
• Business development experience
• Some recruitment experience is desirable but not essential

Person requirements

Having worked in a sales or target driven environment you will have demonstrable experience of having reached and exceeded set targets.
