Our graduate programme is designed to help talented, ambitious, independent people like you develop into senior leaders at Imperial Tobacco. During the course of the programme, you’ll undertake a series of rotational placements within your chosen discipline while enjoying on-the-job learning and formal training opportunities. We will also help you study towards relevant professional qualifications.
In the long term, it’s an opportunity for you to build a successful international career, as we can offer rewarding opportunities in Europe, Australasia, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
We are looking to develop both functional specialists and those who would like a broad commercial career. There are opportunities to join us in the following areas:
Supply Chain
In this area of the business, you will focus on maximising value for consumers and for the business by providing the right level of service at the lowest possible cost. Graduates usually join us in one of two areas: Supply Chain Services or Processes PCC.
The programme is open to people who want to become functional specialists, as well as those who would like a broad commercial career. Candidates need to be talented and ambitious, with evidence of all-round achievement, not just academic results. There are also a number of minimum requirements:
