During the course of the programme, you’ll undertake a series of rotational placements within your chosen discipline while enjoying on-the-job learning and formal training opportunities. We will also help you study towards relevant professional qualifications.

There are opportunities to join us in Global Engineering, part of the Group Manufacturing function. Primarily based in Nottingham (there are also opportunities in Langenhagen), you will be involved in supporting innovation, investment and business development in all of our manufacturing locations around the world.

Person requirements

Candidates need to be talented and ambitious, with evidence of all-round achievement, not just academic results. There are also a number of minimum requirements:

• At least a 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent (awarded or predicted)
• Fluency in English
• An international mindset and a willingness to relocate
• A good level university degree in any engineering discipline
