The role
The key duties & responsibilities for this role will involve:

• Assisting with the day-to-day delivery of ICT services across multiple sites including UK/Ireland/Poland
• To support current & future IT projects
• Provide ICT training to new staff
• Assist with intranet & internet web site development
• Provide innovative ideas to increase ICT efficiency
• Maintain & improve customer service levels

Person requirements

• Experience in an IT Helpdesk/Support environment
• Excellent PC hardware & software skills
• Working knowledge of server technology, email systems, LAN/WAN network technologies and antivirus.
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
• The deployment of desktop devices (PC’s, laptops, printers, phones etc.)
• The creation & maintenance of databases for asset registers.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication & organisational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies
• Must be willing to work non-standard business hours when required.
