Job description

This role is based in our offices in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone and the successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team within the office environment.

  • Technical sales support to customers.
  • Providing prompt & accurate technical solutions to our customers (internal & external)
  • Keylite customer training
  • Provide technical solutions and assist in the pricing of schedules.
  • Assist in the delivery of a first class aftermarket service.
  • Support the sales department in technical presentations and customer visits

Person requirements

  • Completing a HND/Degree from Engineering-related discipline e.g. Construction/ Mechanical Engineering
  • Competent in the use of AutoCAD
  • Experience using Solid Works (Desirable but not essential)
  • Focused on Customer Service
  • Good organisational skills
  • Target driven & ambitious
  • Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
