Job description

Participating in a Knowledge Transfer Partnership will give you the opportunity to launch your career in becoming a leader of tomorrow in business, skills and experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to take ownership and lead this high profile and strategically important role; working at the company premises with academic and company supervision. Your task will be to research and develop Security Devices utilising FPGAs. The key aims will be to:

  • Identification of target hardware architectures/evaluate options
  • Establish a development environment
  • Preliminary algorithm development & proof of concept
  • Involvement in commercialisation process
  • Contribution to the Marketing campaign for product launch

Person requirements

  • A degree in Engineering, Computing, Computer Security or similar (min. 2:1)
  • Experience of programmable logic design
  • Software Development skills; C, C++ and an HDL
  • Self motivated, good time management
  • Excellent presentation/communication skills

Ability to obtain and retain an SC Clearance is required.
