As a Graduate Account Manager you will be part of a team of likeminded graduates trained in the complete sales cycle, including: research, interaction, negotiation and account management & development for some of the UK’s largest blue chip companies. You will be trained and mentored by the Directors and other experienced professionals in the industry to succeed in the lucrative world of IT Sales.
It is possible to progress from a Trainee Account Manager to a Sales Manager in 2 years, and with every promotion comes an increase to your basic salary. You will also be provided with incentives such as holidays, nights out with your team and other bonuses.
The ideal candidate for the Graduate Account Manager role will be a recent graduate with a keen willingness to learn and grow with the company. You will be money-driven and motivated with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. With a proactive “can-do” approach, you will quickly progress within the Sales Department. Outstanding in-depth training will be provided to the successful applicants, which will include one-to-one mentoring from the company’s top billers. We will support you in attaining relevant qualifications and to develop your career within the business.
