Job description

The Trainee Account Co-ordinator is responsible for delivering market research projects accurately, timely and within budget. You will develop skills in the key areas and operate under supervision from the senior people on the accounts you work on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commissioning Market Research Fieldwork
  • Owning the project schedule
  • Ensuring that regular client deliverables are correct and delivered on time
  • Acting as a liaison between Millward Brown and the fieldwork teams on project-related issues, with supervision.
  • Developing knowledge of project costs and monitoring job costs throughout a live project. And ensuring profitability, under supervision.
  • Ensuring Data quality
  • Ensuring that all procedures and policies are adhered to
  • Providing support to senior team members as required

  • Able to communicate and influence peers, colleagues and reports deliver meaningful impact

  • Understanding of company financial process and the role of project management in relation to this
