Job description

• Provide customers with an efficient and courteous quality for all their foreign currency and encashment requirements.
• Ensure accurate money handling and till balancing.
• Covering branches when the Manager is off and providing support to the Manager in achieving the best results for the branch.
• Purchasing and selling foreign currency and travellers cheques using in house computer system
• Ensure team, branch or branches provide the highest standards of customer service and positive Company image consistently
• Assisting with the training and development of all branch staff
• Assisting the manager in branch management duties
• Performing branch banking, branch transfers and all back office and basic management duties
• Answering the telephone and dealing with telephone enquiries

Person requirements

• Mandarin speaker
• Customer focused
• Good numerical skills
• Team player
• Willing to work shift patterns
• Confident
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of foreign and sterling notes, coins and travellers cheques
