Job description

As a result of continued growth, ORC International's Employee Engagement Research team is recruiting and would love to hear from enthusiastic, passionate engagement specialists for our Graduate Research Executive, Research Executive and Senior Research Executive roles.

We are particularly interested in meeting bright, enthusiastic graduates and research executives with strong communication and research skills who are keen to develop a career in employee engagement research.

These exciting positions will enable you to to learn key project management and employee research skills on a vairety of important projects within the teams. The positions offer the opportunity to learn from colleagues by working with them on more complex projects, involving direct client contact and representation of the company. The role involves working closely with internal teams and quality checking of colleagues work.

Key tasks include:
Assist with the project management of the employee surveys, including liaison with our clients and other internal departments.

• Plan and schedule own work and deliver to deadlines.
• Responsibility for managing small projects from start to finish.
• General research tasks including questionnaire design, report writing and development of results presentations.
• Internal communications with the operations departments to ensure projects are run effectively to agreed timescales.
• Professional and effective communication with clients to build strong working relationships.
• Supporting other members of the team
• Quality checking colleagues’ work.
• Working with colleagues to deliver complex projects and reporting outputs.

• Highly organised with project management skills.
• Professional attitude and commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Self starter who looks to continually learn from their experiences.

Qualification and experience requirements

• 2:1 or above in Psychology, Geography, Occupational Psychology or other heavily research based degree’s.
• Previous research/project management experience.
• We are particularly looking for a graduate in our Employee Research Public sector so an understanding of this sector would be advantageous.
