The Parkwood Theatres and Culture Graduate Scheme is a 12 month programme designed to provide you with a basis for an accelerated route to management in our Theatre, Arts and Culture Venues. We provide development and training to give you the tools for becoming one of our most valued managers.
The scheme will include opportunities within the central function teams and core operations. We offer you a real chance to gain experience and get involved in the strategy and direction of the company as well as offering you a competitive benefits package.
The graduate will be recognised as a professional and will be able to develop their career to a high level of expertise and understanding. We will be looking at your ability to inspire and collaborate with others, to be reliable and trustworthy, and to see the business through our customer’s perspective.
Parkwood Theatres is a newly formed Division within Parkwood Leisure. Through operating The Hawth Theatre in Crawley and the Playhouse Theatre in Weston-Super-Mare, the company has already achieved an annual turnover of £6 million and expects continued success. A creative thinker, you will need vision and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Work experience and a demonstrable passion in theatre, arts and culture industries is highly desirable.
A relevant degree or qualification equivalent is essential with a minimum grade of 2:1, as well as evidence of your commitment to the theatre, arts and culture industry.
