What we offer
Our graduate programme has been designed for high-calibre individuals with the ambition and drive to become an expert in our field. Over the course of the two-year programme you will be exposed to all aspects of the company and by the end demonstrating the potential to become a Team Leader or Technical Specialist. We will provide you with in-depth training through a structured and robust rotation over six key business areas:

  • Small self-administered schemes
  • Self-invested personal pensions
  • Family pension trusts
  • Banking and Payroll
  • Scheme Property
  • Technical

There will also be the opportunity to shadow other areas of the business such as Marketing, HR and Actuarial alongside these specialist placements. For the duration of the training contact you will have your own mentor and will attend an external management training course. We hope to offer permanent roles upon successful completion of the scheme.

  • 35 hour working week (Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm)

Person requirements

To be successful you will be an ambitious and highly motivated graduate with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, displaying a flexible and proactive approach. You will be confident in communicating effectively across all levels of the business and will demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships with clients.

You will enjoy using your initiative, and will thrive working under pressure in a challenging and rewarding role with aspirations to manage.

You will have achieved a 2:2 degree, or higher in a relevant discipline.
