As well as sourcing the most talented candidates for their clients’ requirements, Sagar Wright’s Professional Headhunters also broker the financial deals between their client and their candidate, resulting in the Headhunter receiving a generous cut of the salary & bonus contract. This is very similar to premiership footballers’ agents; they also require exceptionally skilled agents to broker the deal between themselves and their club, resulting in the agent receiving a generous cut of the lucrative contract.
