St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc is leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 250 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. Our client funds under management currently stand at £39bn.

The Role
You will join a busy IT Department at our Cirencester head office, and contribute to the identification, evaluation and reporting on information security risks and threats, as well as the identification of appropriate and effective controls to mitigate those risks.

You will be fully supported in order to develop your skills and knowledge. We will provide you with all the development and training you will need, and encourage future professional development. We can offer the successful candidates a challenging and interesting career in an innovative, fast changing environment.

Person requirements

We would be interested in hearing from you if you have a good Degree from a University recognised for the quality of its degree programmes.

You will also have research experience and take a methodical approach to your work, and for one of the roles, an awareness of Risk and Controls.. We are looking for numerate individuals who are self-starting, diligent and enthusiastic with a professional approach to working independently and as part of a team. You will be able to report on issues clearly and succinctly and be confident numerically.

An awareness of financial regulatory legislation would be an advantage, but is not essential.
