Job description

This is a business critical role with the major responsibility of helping to support the sales and marketing of the business in the process of retaining existing and securing new customers. You will be tasked with other important tasks that include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring regular contact is made with customers to ascertain their current and future IT requirements
  • Work within the targets and objectives to achieve financial targets and specific KPI’s
  • Cold calling /business development
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers
  • Prepare and facilitate presentations to client
  • Providing I.T business solutions
  • Creating new accounts and managing them

Person requirements
