Job description

The Graduate System Analyst role gives individuals the opportunity to transform customer requirements or national specifications into a workable design at a functional and/or technical level. Graduates will also support a vast number of users to analyse their needs and solve any issues relating to the software. From the offset, graduates will be expected to undertake a number of projects whilst simultaneously developing an extensive understanding of the system.

Some of the areas of focus are:

  • developing new functionality and rolling out new products
  • providing support for our customers
  • investigating software issues
  • assessing and prioritising system developments
  • liaising with nationwide first-line helpdesks
  • analysing trends and patterns with issues related to the software
  • software testing
  • establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with people in the NHS and external organisations

Salary and Benefits
We'll give you a starting salary of £20,000 with generous and regular pay reviews and bonuses. At TPP, your salary will increase rapidly during your time at the company.

Qualification and experience requirements

Candidates must have:

  • 2:1 or higher at degree level
  • a minimum of AAB at A level
  • Successful candidates would be expected to live within the agreed area surrounding the office (please visit our website for details). This is due to the nature of the work we do as a company.
