We have a really exciting opportunity for driven and commercially focussed graduates to join one of the fastest growing FTSE 100 companies, within our exceptional Finance function. As one of our Finance graduates, you will embark on our boutique graduate programme whilst taking on a role with real responsibility from day one.

In return for your commitment, we will offer you first-class mentoring from senior managers within our Finance team, who will guide and support you through each of your placements. We will also encourage and support you to study towards your CIMA qualifications, in partnership with local colleges. Together, this will accelerate your development and equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a fantastic career within Finance.

What we're looking for in you:
We’re looking for the future leaders of our business, and it’s important to us that you’ve proven your drive to be world class. As such, you’ll already have a 2:1 or above, preferably in an Finance, Accounting or a Business related field, and have at least 300 UCAS Points across 3 A-Levels. We’re also interested in receiving your application if your degree is in a different discipline, as long as you can demonstrate your interest and commitment to a career in Finance.

Personality is also important to us; we’re looking for dynamic, ambitious graduates with fantastic people skills. You’ll be working closely with a range of people across all areas of the business, from our team members in our restaurants to our Directors at Head Office, so you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels to help support and guide them.

How you can join us:
We keep our application process as simple as possible; once you have completed and submitted your application form, we review your application against our criteria and then invite successful candidates to complete online testing.

After online testing, we invite successful candidates through to a telephone interview with one of our Finance managers, who will spend time getting to know you and understanding your relevant skills and experiences.

Those who are successful at this stage will be invited to an assessment centre at our Head Office in Dunstable, Bedfordshire; where you will get the opportunity to meet the graduates who already work here and some members of the senior Finance team.

Core working hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday, although some flexibility is expected.

Qualifications and subject requirements

We are looking for the very best talent, therefore we are looking for those who hold, or are on track to achieve at least a 2.1 degree at bachelor level, and 300 UCAS points across 3 A Levels (excluding General Studies) – This may be BBB, ABC etc.

We will consider applications from all degree courses as long as you are able to demonstrate your passion and commitment for a career in Finance; degrees in Finance, Business and Accounting are particularly appropriate.

Our selection process involves four stages; your application form will be read and assessed; successful individuals will then be invited to take our online ability testing in verbal and inductive reasoning. The most successful individuals will then be telephone interviewed by a Finance manager. The final stage will be an assessment centre held in January/February, at our Head Office in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Travel expenses will be covered up to a maximum value of £75.00.
