Entry requirements
Applicants should be a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS) or hold a similar qualification. All suitable candidates who meet the entry requirements will be interviewed and required to engage in a pre-course induction session.

Course content
Enhance your Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS) qualification by completing a dissertation and securing a masters degree in corporate governance.
An expert tutor will support you through your dissertation, an in-depth project focused on enhancing corporate governance practice. You will define your own area of investigation, be that corporate governance, compliance or social responsibility and performance, with the aim of supporting your professional development and improving the corporate governance of your organisation so it becomes a beacon for good practice.
You will be a graduate of the ICSA’s CSQS programme or hold a similar qualification. Studying part-time and with the support of an applied business school, you will be able to fit your studies into your professional schedule.
