Course content

Our Digital Business (e-Marketing) MSc combines business strategies, leading technology, entrepreneurship and organisational behaviour. You will develop as a top expert in attracting, engaging and retaining customers by using e-business systems.

About this course

This course addresses the full customer relationship cycle. This includes:

  • marketing
  • sales
  • service

Customers are at the core of all winning corporate strategies. An e-commerce business markets products based on the tracking of consumer activities on the internet. Enterprise systems and service personnel must be able to fulfil the requirements of clients once sales materialise. They must also be able to solve or escalate any concern at any point of the interaction.

This relies on fully integrated systems, strong cross-functional working and a customer-centric culture.
