Course description
The MA in Imperial History is aimed at History graduates, those in a parallel discipline such as Politics and International Studies and mature students wishing to pursue an interest in this area. It is relevant to those who wish to specialise in Imperial History either for employment purposes or in advance of Postdoctoral research, but it also works as a higher qualification in its own right. The programme is designed to provide students with a combination of research skills in Imperial History, particularly the long imperial history of Britain.
