This course, dual accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), is designed for graduates from a non-business discipline who want to develop their skills and knowledge in order to move into management.

During your time with us, you will learn what it takes to become a successful manager and leader. You will develop an understanding of leadership skills and behaviours that will enable you to motivate and lead your team and you will learn how to engage with key organisational stakeholders such as customers and suppliers. You will also develop confidence in making effective decisions that support you in achieving business objectives while evaluating and interpreting data to inform strategic decision making.
