This programme is flexible and modular, allowing students to choose from a range of modules across reflective practice, leadership and management, and inclusion. Students may also study modules offered through other MA programmes at the IOE at the discretion of the module leader.

The QTS Self-Funded Route is comprised of:- *15 training days at the IOE, delivered across the academic year *5 mentoring and assessment visits by an IOE tutor *2 teaching experience periods in contrasting schools and classroom settings For trainees in Independent schools, the second teaching experience must be in a state school and have a minimum duration of 6 weeks.
