Employee health and wellbeing is a priority so we provide Healthshield membership covering a range of treatments and we even offer in-house massages and chiropody.

Colleagues are given the opportunity to work flexibly through part-time hours, job sharing or term-time working and we support staff wishing to study or take a career break with our scheme of up to four months' unpaid leave.

There are numerous charity fundraising days throughout the year, a regular supply of a sweets and treats and free tea and coffee. We're a sociable team and we love our Christmas party and summer event, as well as the odd night out on the town.
