Grow your career with famous brands.
Our 24-month Marketing programme is unique. Not only do you get real responsibility from day one, but you will also get to work in two different ABF Grocery businesses on diverse brands.
Spending a year in two of our businesses will give you insight and experience of working across broad brand portfolios and engaging a variety of consumers and target audiences.
As a Marketing graduate you will:
- Be involved with brand strategy and planning
- Get to know your consumers and their needs, habits and interests inside out
- Analyse brand performance and make recommendations to the wider business
- Work on integrated marketing campaigns including aspects such as developing new products, briefing agencies, assessing creative work, executing digital campaigns and coordinating in-store promotional activities
We believe that you will learn the most by doing the job, but you will also receive great support and development through the scheme via sponsorship, mentoring and both core management and marketing-specific training.

Associated British Foods is a diversified international food, ingredients and retail group with sales in excess of £13bn, over 130,000 employees and a presence in 50 countries.
We recruit 18-25 graduates each year into our Grocery division, which comprises eight consumer-facing businesses that manufacture and market a variety of well-known brands both nationally and internationally. The businesses have developed an enviable portfolio of leading grocery brands, such as Jordans cereals, Patak’s curry pastes, Kingsmill bread, Ryvita crispbread, Silver Spoon sugar, Twinings tea and many more! We’ve also recently acquired two fantastic sports nutrition brands; High 5 and Reflex Nutrition, further broadening the categories in which we operate.
We need our graduates to be adaptable, resilient, comfortable working at pace, driven to get results and willing to get stuck in. Our culture is very down-to-earth so having confidence without ego is important to us, too. Our graduates come from all sorts of different backgrounds, with different degrees and interests but alignment with ABF's values and an ability to demonstrate the appropriate competencies are the key elements to success on our schemes.
