Job description

The 24-month Technical programme is an opportunity for those with a STEM or food-related degree and a keen interest in the food industry to develop their skills and knowledge in one of the ABF Grocery businesses.

On the accelerated programme you will be challenged in demanding roles with real responsibility from the beginning. We would like you to gain exposure to projects and experiences that will jump start your learning, enabling you to become one of our future Technical Leaders. You will gain broad, practical experience across the Technical function; one day you might be testing raw materials and finished products or developing product specifications and another one you could be working as part of a busy manufacturing team or leading a project looking improving the food safety practices at our sites.

What we are looking for

Our Technical grads will be to be passionate about working in an ever-changing environment, curious about how food and drink is produced and driven to make process improvements with the customer and consumer in mind.
