Team and role
Joining our world-class support function means that you will be dealing directly with our customers, ensuring that our systems run perfectly and are meeting customer needs and expectations. You will also be ensuring that any customer issues or queries are resolved in a quick and efficient manner.

  • Handle incoming calls into the support function, investigate the nature of the issue, understand the relevant area of the system and the version information and ensure all key info is captured accurately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic queries, aiming for a resolution using the tools available.
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service, meaning satisfaction is met at all contact points.
  • Educate our customers on the use of our self-help resources i.e. Knowledge Base and Customer Portal.
  • Manage an incident queue, ensuring that service level agreements (SLA’s) are met, keeping customers informed on progress.
  • Advising customers on technical aspects of the product and environment where it is installed, best practice methods for maintenance and restoration.

We will provide you with full training, we have a dedicated team of in-house trainers who deliver our “bootcamp” programme. The bootcamp is an intensive early period of training, combining classroom-style learning with practical, real world experience. Our training programme will have you working in a live environment quickly, with all the knowledge, tools, and support you need to be a success. Person requirements

  • Have a passion for helping people and solving problems.
  • Have a focused attitude, and a determination to succeed.
  • Hold an interest in working in IT/Technology
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be patient and polite when under pressure.
  • Be willing to learn more about quality customer service, and working in a technology environment.
