Graduate Area Managers

Job description

Well look at us. 9,000 stores in over 18 countries, and a new store opening every week in the UK, which brings our total to… (big drum roll) over 550. It’s a success that’s down to our ability to offer quality products at low prices. (No fuss, no fancy promotions, just great value.) But it’s also driven by our wonderful people who bring the stores alive with their sparkling personalities and unshakeable work ethic.

So imagine you’ve joined Aldi’s 12-month graduate programme and 14 weeks in, you’re handed the keys to your own store. How do you feel? Excited? Can’t wait to get started? If the thought actually fills you with fear, then maybe consider another programme. This one’s for determined, confident graduates who thrive on adrenalin and look tough challenges directly in the face. The right people go on to do very well at Aldi, it’s why we’re still one of the most sought-after graduate programmes in the UK today.

This is the chance to share in our passion and grow into the kind of leader you’ll be really proud of. Aldi is different, and we like it. Because it’s like no other.
