For our Junior Software Engineer and Analyst roles, we recruit graduates of the highest calibre across all disciplines. New recruits will go through an intensive training induction which covers areas such as the asset finance industry, software development and consultancy skills, before being assigned to an implementation role, an internal project or our development centre where they can put their training into practice. Supervised at all times by more experienced consultants and developers, new joiners will find that the open culture means they have easy access to senior managers and directors for discussion and guidance. From the very start of their career, our graduates will either help take our product, Alfa Systems, forward or help to change the way our clients' businesses work.
The initial training period will last around ten weeks and the programme will be delivered by colleagues ranging from junior to senior-level. As a graduate, you will then be working on a client site or based in the London office. Those working on implementation projects will assist their team in modifying business processes for clients, testing the software, transferring data from the client’s old software to Alfa Systems and providing support through the go-live process and into the future. Those working in our development centre will be involved in enhancing our software product, gaining experience of our software development life-cycle and learning about variety of functional and technical areas as their assignment rotates through teams that focus on different aspects of the product.
If you are interested in applying, please submit an application online. If shortlisted, you will be invited to take part in a short telephone interview. If successful there are two more stages; an HR interview and a final interview with members of our Operational Board. We assess applications on an ongoing basis so the sooner you can apply the better.
