Looking for real responsibility from the start? You bet. Right from the start, you’ll be involved in interesting challenging projects which make a real difference to our claims business. The two-year scheme involves four rotations. Each rotation will last for around six months where you’ll get involved in the deferent areas of claims, such as personal injury claims, major loss claims, fraud management and other areas.
Part of your role will involve analysing and investigating claims, you’ll be given responsibility to make liability decisions and looking at the best way to settle claims in the most cost effective manner. To do this you’ll work alongside solicitors, claims investigators, loss adjustors, engineers and many other experts to ensure that claims are investigated efficiently and the correct decision is made as quickly as possible.
Additionally, you’ll also work on various projects within claims, both technical and operational.

You’ll be assigned dedicated study days and the funding you need to successfully complete the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII). You’ll have direct access to our buddying and mentoring schemes, which are great ways to make connections throughout the business and to learn more about our work. In addition, you’ll have opportunities to visit our key stakeholders and we’ll also put you in touch with other Allianz graduates, so you can share your experiences with your peers and build a network with the business managers of tomorrow.

Valid work permit for permanent work in the UK without restrictions after graduation.
Qualifications and experience requirements
Honours degree in any discipline, achieved or on target for a 2:1 level or above.
