We have graduate schemes in the following areas, based in various locations throughout our network of UK offices:
- Insurance Claims
- Underwriting (technical)
You’ll get plenty of support to help you fulfil your potential, but adaptability, flexibility and enthusiasm will be key to your success. You will work closely with your line manager, but you’ll also have a mentor to offer guidance to reach your career aspirations and hone your leadership skills.
We’ll also fully fund and support you through professional /technical qualifications and develop your leadership skills through our award winning training and development programmes.
Our Schemes start in September 2017, and run for two to three years. Many are based in our head office in Guildford, and we also have opportunities based across our network of 20 UK offices, with some offering rotations across various business areas and locations.
