As a growing business we rely on attracting and recruiting talented people capable of running our contracts in the future. The Graduate Management Development Programme is one of the ways we ensure we always have a steady flow of potential future managers preparing to take on senior roles in the business.

This fast track, two-year management programme will give you the opportunity to network with and be mentored by senior managers and provide you with the skills you need to move into a management role at the end of the programme. During your two years on the programme you will rotate around the business (and the country), working in three distinct areas of the business and across at least two of our divisions. This will provide you with a detailed overview of how a complex organisation like ours really works.

What we are looking for

You need the following to qualify for the programme:

  • Relevant business work experience
  • Proven extra-curricular achievements
  • Commercial acumen
  • An interest in business and desire to work in management
  • Eligible to work and live permanently in the UK
