What will this role involve?
We’re looking for graduates to join our Highways business on the General Management and Operations pathway.

This fast track graduate programme will provide you with the tools to develop your skills and fulfil your potential, enabling you to move into a relevant role at the end of the programme. You’ll have the opportunity to rotate across four key areas of the business to allow you to gain exposure to and experience of many different aspects of Amey.

We have a number of different business areas that you could join, including:

  • Street Lighting – maintenance and upgrading street lighting on behalf of Manchester City Council including installation of the latest LED technology
  • Gloucestershire - Capital Operations
  • Staffordshire - Performance Analyst

Benefits
We place great value on all our people and the contribution they make to our business, that’s why we aim to offer a competitive benefits package as well as supporting all graduates to gain a professional qualification through a professional Institution. We’ll give you first class mentoring and guidance, from the industry experts you’ll be working closely with. Over two years, you’ll cover personal development, business skills and business improvement techniques. You’ll also have the chance to meet your peers and senior management from across the UK at the annual graduate conference. We’ll pay you a competitive starting salary, and if you perform well, we’ll give you a pay rise every six months whilst on the graduate programme. At the end of the programme you can expect to progress into the next level of your chosen career.

Amey is an equal opportunities employer.
