Our graduate programmes offer two or three rotations, over two and a half years. You’ll take day-to-day accountability in role and be exposed to strategic projects that develop your business, personal and technical skills

You'll be rotating within:
- Buying: analysing sales data, predicting trends, negotiating with our suppliers and marketing our products online
- Merchandising: making sure that our products are always best placed for the customer – both in store and digitally
- Category planning: implement brand strategy, analysing data trends and engaging with colleagues across the business
- Supply chain: using data analytics and optimisation models to increase efficiency and reduce costs

You could be working in:

It is not essential, but it would be desirable to have experience of using R and Python, as well as having an interest in future technologies.

What we are looking for
Buying: we'll consider any degree discipline, although business/analytical is preferred.
George Fashion: we would prefer applicants to have a degree in business, digital, creative and fashion.
Data Science: we are looking for a degree in computer science, data science, business analysis or any relevant analytical or numerate discipline such as mathematics and physics
Finance: we are looking for a degree in data science, finance, business analysis or an analytical discipline such as physics, maths or economics
