Accountancy Trainees

Job description

Through a variety of placements, you’ll gain hands-on experience of finance from budgeting, planning and forecasting to statutory reporting and preparing management accounts. Getting to grips with our accounting systems, you’ll help to develop our processes, impact on exciting projects and enable us to make the right decisions through effective management reporting.

You’ll get time to study and time with your manager and talent coach to make sure you’re making the most of every opportunity to learn. Combine this with training days and workshops that help you build your knowledge, skills and behaviours and you’ll soon see that these three years will prepare you for your professional career.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for five ambitious graduates with the potential to become our finance and business leaders of tomorrow. If you’re curious with a questioning mindset and the desire to learn fast, we’ll support the completion of your CIMA qualification. You’ll also have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business, as you experience what it’s like to partner and contribute to a range of teams across finance and the wider organisation.

Qualifications

Ideally have a 2:1 degree in accounting, business, economics or similar

If not, then suitable A-level (minimum ABB) or alternative qualifications will be considered, preferably including a mathematics, economics or business A-level.
