As a Graduate Account Manager you will be working towards developing an incredible career in our customer partnerships business area. Our Account Managers develop, inspire and nurture lasting partnership with our motor trade customers so they can succeed in the digital automotive marketplace. Using data and industry insight combined with a consultative approach they offer the right digital product to drive growth and efficiencies in a customers’ business. To support your career development and equip you with the skills needed to be a successful Account Manager you will start your graduate programme in our in house Academy. Here you will develop a dynamic network of graduate colleagues, gain an incredible insight into the industry, and develop commercial skills and techniques to give your career a great foundation. You’ll then develop your experience further by working alongside our talented Account Managers and Account Directors who work with our 12,500 active retail partners.
We understand the importance of development and working alongside equally talented team. Our two-year graduate programme will give you the knowledge and the tools needed to become a successful Account Manager; including gaining experience, attending masterclasses, conferences, meet-ups, boot camps, one-to-one coaching and mentoring. As you can see it’s not just limited to what you learn at your desk, there’s so much more!

What we are looking for
We’re looking for graduates with a real passion for great customer service, who want to be part of a customer first culture. You will have an entrepreneurial approach and will have deep interest in learning how a successful business in run. You’ll be highly numerate and analytical with some experience in collecting, analysing and presenting data in a meaningful and engaging way to individuals and groups. We enjoy a good debate and want our graduates to bring diversity of thought and new ideas to our existing teams and their customers so you will need to have the ability to influence others. We’re a fast paced, technology business and collaboration is key to our success, we’re keen to understand how you’d adapt in an ever-changing environment. Although this is an office based Account Manager role, the role does have a field based element so a UK driving license, or motivation to obtain one is essential.
