Our people-centred culture combined with our tech and data expertise makes us one of the UK’s leading companies and a great place to start your career as a Graduate Platform Engineer.
We are incredibly proud of enabling our many teams, to continuously deliver products into production without compromising security or stability. We focus on repeatability through infrastructure as code, configuration management using Chef, Puppet, Terraform or Ansible. Monitoring and observability are equally as important to help us react to problems when they occur, more importantly- before they become incidents.
All our graduates start their journey at our in-house academy. You don't have to be a car enthusiast to work here so upon joining; we'll grow your knowledge of the automotive industry so you can truly understand our customers and what we do as a business. During your time in the academy, you will form a dynamic network of graduate colleagues, and develop your coding skills in your squad. We believe a blend of learning will ensure that you are genuinely rounded in both your technical and commercial skills so you can be sure your technical decisions will truly be customer-centric. We’ll support this further with boot camps, hacks and conferences. As you progress through the programme, you’ll be invited to help our community through STEM Ambassador initiatives, mentoring and community hacks.
Our graduate programme starts in September 2019.
