Our squads are typically made up of technical, product and delivery leads, UX designers, test and data analysts and a lot of developers (Java/JavaScript/Python).

Our Developers have excellent working knowledge of Java. They develop web applications and RESTful services and work with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and ReactJS. They are excited by the latest trends in application design and pragmatic approaches to ensure consistency and simplicity for our customers. Our technical community has adopted software development methodologies such as XP, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD and are passionate about clean code. They care about the next generation of Developers and understand the importance of collaboration, knowledge share and play a vital role in the Graduate journey; through coaching and mentoring.

Our graduate programme equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to develop your career. Over the course of the two-year programme you will split your time between developing your coding skills in squad and building your commercial and industry knowledge in our in-house graduate academy. This blend of learning will ensure you are truly rounded in both your technical and commercial skills, so you can be sure your technical decisions will truly be customer centric. We’ll support this further with bootcamps, hacks, conferences, graduate network and one-to-one coaching and mentoring. As you progress through the programme you’ll be invited to support our community through STEM Ambassador initiatives, mentoring and community hacks.

We understand the importance of development and working alongside equally talented people. Our two-year graduate programme will give you the knowledge and tools required to become a successful Developer; including hands on experience, graduate network, attending hacks, conferences, meet-ups, boot camps, one to one coaching and mentoring. As you can see it’s not just limited to what you learn at your desk, there’s so much more!
