Our Account Managers create and nurture lasting partnerships with over 12,500 motor trader customers so they can succeed in the digital automotive marketplace. Our customer base is diverse and ranges from small independent garages to national dealers, who in turn sell new and used vehicles across the UK. Our Account Managers utilise data and industry insight combined with a consultative sales approach to offer the right digital products to drive growth and efficiencies in our customers' businesses. With a diverse customer base, our Account Managers gain exposure to all segments of our customers, from our smallest retailers to our largest.
All of our graduates start their journey at our in-house academy. You don't have to be a car enthusiast to work here so upon joining; we'll grow your knowledge of the automotive industry so you can truly understand our customers and what we do as a business. You will develop commercial skills and sales techniques to give your career a great foundation. You'll build your experience further by working alongside our talented community of Account Managers & Account Directors.
Although this is an office-based Account Manager role, the role does have a field-based element, so a UK Driving License, or motivation to obtain one is essential.

We offer a starting salary of £26,000 and a flexible benefits package, including a pension scheme, healthcare and 28 days annual leave (not inc bank holidays) plus ½ day afternoon closures on Christmas and New Year’s Eve. What we are looking for
You'll have a passion for excellent customer service and be excited by our customer-first culture. An entrepreneurial approach and an interest in learning how a successful business is run will give you the right foundation for this role.
Given the level of interaction with our customers both over the phone and face to face, you'll enjoy building relationships, sharing best practice and shaping digital change. You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to influence based on insight. You'll be numerate and analytical with some experience in collecting, analysing and presenting data in a meaningful and engaging way.
