Our people-centred culture, combined with our tech and data expertise makes us one of the UK's leading companies and a great place to start your career as a Graduate Software Developer.
All of our graduates start their journey at our in-house academy. You don't have to be a car enthusiast to work here, so upon joining; we'll grow your knowledge of the automotive industry so you can truly understand our customers and what we do as a business. During your time in the academy, you will form a dynamic network of Graduate colleagues, and develop your coding skills in your squad.
Our blended approach to learning encompasses both technical and commercial skills, so you can be sure your technical decisions will be customer-centric. As you progress through the programme, you'll help the external technical community through STEM Ambassador initiatives, mentoring and community hacks.
If this sounds like it could be your perfect role, why not join our virtual event on Thursday 22nd October to understand more about the Graduate experience, from the recruitment process to our in-house academy to the role itself. Our recruitment team will host the event, and you'll have the chance to submit any questions that you'd like to ask. Register here
