From the latest submarines and supercarriers to the UK’s first new nuclear power plants in 20 years, we’ve landed some of the most extraordinary projects in engineering. On this two-year programme you’ll continue that trend – and could find yourself doing anything from managing elements of multimillion-pound bids or supporting commercial contracts, to spotting new opportunities in the marine, land, aviation and nuclear sectors.
Where you can join us
Places on our Commercial graduate programme for Autumn 2018 are available within our marine (Plymouth), aviation and nuclear sectors. But no matter which team you join, you could be based anywhere in the UK. That’s why we ask all our graduates to be flexible and willing to move during their programme.
What you'll be doing
Your placements could take you to any part of our business – from supporting and negotiating commercial contracts, to spotting new opportunities in our marine, aviation and nuclear sectors. And once you have a handle on what we’re about and how we do things, you’ll specialise in an area that suits your strengths and ambitions.
What you'll get out of it
It’s a really exciting time to do business in the UK. So many markets are seeing really interesting – and profitable – work being done. And on this programme, you’ll get a chance to experience some of them. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a competitive starting salary of £28k-£30k* and our full support in getting accredited with a professional body.
