Project Management Graduate Programmes

Still recruiting throughout COVID‑19

Job description

Babcock is an international aerospace, defence and security company with a leading naval business. We provide value added services across our main markets and know that to serve our customers successfully we must understand them inside out, building close partnerships based on a deep knowledge of their operations, assets and technology.

Projects designed to save lives. Projects that boost national defences. Projects that protect communities. The work we do here at Babcock is complex, critical, and exciting. And successful project management is crucial to our success.

Our graduates play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly. Not just on time and on budget, but to the extent that they delight our customers and strengthen our status as their vital partners.

Join our Project Management Graduate Programme and you’ll be working on real-world projects across our company (we have many sites across the UK). So expect variety and responsibility from day one. Your placements could see you getting involved in design and manufacture, to in-service support and capability enhancement projects, or providing support to our Marine, Nuclear, Land, or Aviation teams.

We’re looking for a diverse range of applicants who share our determination to innovate and desire to make an impact. You’ll be supported and mentored along the way, enabling you to develop your risk management skills and deliver the kind of results that satisfy project stakeholders.

What we are looking for

A willingness to travel is vital as your placements are likely to be at different locations across the UK. You will also need to satisfy MoD security requirements
