Job description

As an Information Management and Technology graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of IT projects over two years, developing your capabilities across many different disciplines.

As a graduate within Information Management and Technology you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of IT projects giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and competencies across a broad range of capabilities, which could include:

  • Solution Definition, Design and Development (including architecture and application development)
  • Solution Delivery
  • Service/Product Management (including Service Management, Application Support and Product Management)
  • IT Strategy and Management

Person requirements

In terms of personal qualities, we look for people who are highly motivated and analytical. You’ll be able to see how the smallest detail affects the whole system and must be focused on quality, safety and reliability as these are the factors which give our products an advantage. Good communication skills are also essential, as you’ll be frequently working in multidisciplinary environments.

Qualifications and experience requirements

To apply, you’ll need a minimum 2:1 bachelor's degree in a relevant degree subject – please refer to the BAE Systems website for further details. You must also be eligible to work in the UK and be able to successfully achieve security clearance.
