Our Commercial Programme
From day one, you’ll contribute to key business projects and add value to your team. Over two 12-month placements, we’ll give you valuable exposure to a variety of business areas. And we’ll get you liaising with our customers, which include many of the biggest names in retail. You’ll start as an Account Executive, supporting our Commercial Managers and Category Managers. After two years, you’ll become an Account Manager for one of our major accounts. We’ll expect you to become a Commercial Manager within 5 years. You’ll also gain an all-round understanding of manufacturing, as there’s more than meets the eye to be able to get the food from farm to fork
What we offer
As well as a salary of £24,500, you’ll receive an additional £1000 payment when you start, and your salary is reviewed after completing your first year with us. We’ll also cover the costs for 2 weeks B&B or rent, plus reasonable removal costs. Our sites are located throughout the UK and your placements could take you from the south of England to Scotland. There may even be the chance to work in one of our international sites so you’ll need to show great flexibility. That’s where Zenith comes in! You’ll need a Business, Marketing, Economics or food related degree at a minimum of 2:2 and at least 3 months’ work experience in a commercial, manufacturing or professional services environment. You’re confident speaking to customers, numerate, analytical and PC savvy. Having an inquisitive nature and an inbuilt desire to challenge the norms is the key to success.
