Our Product Development Programme
Join us and you’ll influence what the nation will be eating in the months and years ahead. Working both independently and as part of a team, you’ll develop new and innovative products – by mixing, matching and evolving flavours across new food trends. You will work side by side with our experienced and talented chefs, who’ll give you the freedom to flourish while challenging your ideas. You’ll also gain an all-round understanding of manufacturing, as there’s more than meets the eye to be able to get the food from farm to fork.

We’ll expect you to have a high standard of practical kitchen skills and knowledge of food trends. But you’ll also need the awareness to come up with ideas that are as commercially viable as they are exciting. To do this takes tenacity and a real desire to make progress.
You should have recently completed a food related degree achieving a minimum 2:2 and have at least 3 months experience working in a food manufacturing, food and beverage or professional services environment. Having an inquisitive nature and an inbuilt desire to challenge the norms is the key to success. Accepted degree subjects
you’ll receive an additional £1,000 payment when you start, and your salary is reviewed after completing your first year with us. We’ll also cover the costs for two weeks B&B or rent, plus reasonable removal costs
