Human Resource Development (HRD) Analyst

Job description

In collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University, this Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Balmoral Tanks Ltd is seeking to recruit a high calibre graduate as a Human Resource Development Analyst to design, specify and test a bespoke integrated online staff training system.

Working with the University and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders regarding their existing activities and determining their requirements for the new system, this KTP will develop a system that will be completely new and innovative to this industry. It will act as an exemplar of best practice that could be applied across the manufacturing sector as a whole.

This is a unique opportunity to work within an exciting, expanding area, with excellent personal development - including a significant training budget. The post will provide you with valuable experience, in up to date skills, on a high profile project, and offers a real opportunity for progression within this growing multinational company.

The appointment carries a range of benefits including bonus incentives. You will be based at the company’s offices in Thurnscoe, Rotherham and will work directly with senior company staff. You will also receive additional support from experts at Sheffield Hallam University.

What we are looking for

You must be self-motivated, have excellent communication and report writing skills and be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team. Experience of HR behavioural techniques is desirable.
