The importance of the programme

Our two-year structured graduate scheme combines critical on the job experiences alongside a development programme that builds your self-awareness and leadership potential, gives you access to senior leaders and an opportunity to work on real business challenges.
You’ll start your journey within one of our UK stores. This will help you to understand the heart of our business and the part you’ll play in making our customers feel good.
What you’ll be doing on the Programme
You’ll be given the opportunity to gain an overview of our digital function through rotations in some of the following areas:
The Omni-channel Proposition team have two priorities; create brilliant new propositions that our customers love and building tools that give our colleagues time back to do what they do best; helping our customers and patients.
They deliver seamless Omni-channel propositions based on overarching strategy and tools based on consumer insight, market knowledge and commercial return.
The product management team own our digital platforms and work together to drive development and progression of boots.com, internal systems and the Boots App.
They work closely with our IT teams to complete items from the backlog and develop roadmaps for the future.
The digital experience team deliver beautifully simple, consistent, digital experiences for our customers across our platforms. We are a team made up of specialist digital designers, copywriters, front end developers and digital experience managers who develop, deliver and optimise.
The digital marketing team are specialists in their field and work closely with our above the line marketing colleagues to deliver compelling cross-channel campaigns, and to ensure that Boots is top of mind wherever and whenever a customer interacts with us.
The digital operations team ensure the day to day running of the website occurs and that future development is defined and accepted. They are involved in any new activity on Boots.com whilst also ensuring Boots.com can trade effectively for to day -to-day.
The digital trading team are responsible for utilising all of the above teams as well as their knowledge to ensure they deliver the sales and profits budgets. They work with the commercial teams to trade the existing boots.com offer whilst delivering new products, services and promotions to increase Boots market share.

Qualifications and experience requirements
