You’ll start your journey within one of our UK stores. This will help you to understand the heart of our business and the part you’ll play in making our customers feel good.
What you’ll be doing on the Programme
You could be working in the following areas:
You’ll be an Assistant Supply Manager working collaboratively across the function through efficient and effective supply management of inventory from supplier to get the right products in the right place at the right time to deliver world class on shelf availability.
Warehouse Team Leader
Working within one of our large warehouses, you’ll manage a team and be accountable for this part of the warehouse operation creating a positive can-do culture.
Pharmacy Delivery and Collect (PDC)
You could be leading delivery drivers to provide legendary customer care whilst ensuring that they meet tight deadlines and cost targets or you could be supporting the operation by providing insightful routing analysis of the operation supporting the decisions to continuously improve PDC.
Distribution and Innovation
You’ll support change projects aimed at improving ways of working and driving efficiencies across Supply Chain.

- You’ll be passionate about Supply Chain
- Commercially focused, with strong communication, analytical and numerical skills

Qualifications and experience requirements
To apply for this role you must be on track or have obtained a 2:1 or above within the last three years.
