Our two-three year structured graduate scheme combines critical on the job experiences alongside a development programme that builds your self-awareness and leadership potential, gives you access to senior leaders and an opportunity to work on real business challenges.
You’ll start your journey within one of our UK stores. This will help you to understand the heart of our business and the part you’ll play in making our customers feel good.
What you’ll be doing on the Programme
In Visual Merchandising, the consumer is at the centre of every decision. As a graduate, you will support the Visual Merchandising team in ensuring that our Brand Visual identity is implemented in all permanent merchandising and will contribute to maximising the use and value of visual merchandising levers across all retailers. You will support key activities such as rebuilds, new furniture development / adaptation, market rollouts and new product launches, ensuring at all times that the brand is presented in our store environments in a way that ensures it is desirable to our shoppers, and is both inspirational and easy to navigate. You will facilitate the sharing across markets of best practice. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will your ability to work seamlessly within a global matrix.

- A background or passion in visual merchandising is desirable
- Excellent collaboration across internal teams and external contacts
- Ability to engage others and communicate effectively
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to present information in an engaging way
- Ability to analyse information from a variety of sources to draw insights and make recommendations
- Strong ability to manage numerous projects at one time
